We are pleased with the Den-Son team who replaced our HVAC system. They explained the problems with the old system and guided us through finding a new system that would be the best for our home. These guys are awesome! They got our old boiler-style heating system updated and working, and also installed a new central air conditioning system. The guys were very polite, cleaned up, and did a great job. When we noticed an issue with our hot water, Nate came back out to check everything. He found and FIXED the issue, even though it turned out to be a valve left open by a plumber, who was also doing work for us on one of the days that Denson's were here. NO CHARGE to fix it - even though it wasn't even his mistake. We highly recommend them! Read Less

As a single mom and first-time homeowner, I was looking into getting a maintenance plan for my AC and Furnace. I looked around online, and asked friends for recommendations. Online Den-Son seemed to be the perfect fit. I called and spoke to the receptionist about purchasing a plan, and confirmed that what they had on their website was, in fact, what they did. Until, it came to the price. When she told me the price of a maintenance plan was $225, I told her thier website listed otherwise. She pulled up the website, and agreed that it does not list the correct price. She told me she would talk to her boss and give me a call back. A call never came, so I called them the next day. When I called, the receptionist told me I had to talk to her boss. The man that I spoke to was VERY rude, VERY unprofessional and VERY condescending-making it seem like, "How dare I ask for the price listed on THEIR website". He stated he would honor the price, BUT was very threatening in a way that if HE came all the way out to my house to do maintenance, and ANYTHING was wrong with my unit that there would be a much higher price to pay. (There is nothing wrong with my units). I have an appointment, but will update this review WHEN/IF, the maintenance actually occurs. * As of today (3/14/2026) thier website still does not list the $225 they are actually charging) Read Less

Unfortunately, I woke up with my furnace not working. After calling around to multiple HVAC companies, I was left in the dark waiting for call backs. When I called Den-Son, they immediately gave me an estimated time to expect their arrival and gave me the price to expect upfront. Nate arrived even earlier than expected and he was great to work with. Explained everything very well, was thorough with his inspection and gave his recommendation on what to replace soon. And best of all, got my heat working again so my house wasn’t freezing! Highly recommend giving them a call if you ever have any HVAC issues! Read Less
