Den-son has been doing maintenance on our old AC and furnace in the past. So when it came time to get a new one we called Den-son. Rick came out and gave us a quote on what it would cost and explained everything about what we would be getting. Then the crew came out and put it in. All of the crew was very professional. They were very polite and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Then at the end Nate sat with me and explained how the new thermostat would work and how to hook it up to my phone. We purchased a home in Godfrey, and the existing a/c was from 1989. We decided to upgrade to a more efficient model, and the entire team at Den-Son was spectacular. Del-Son air conditioning came out to give me a estimate. They were very professional explaining everything in detail. There crew showed up to install they were very professional. Den-Son Inc. Cooling and Heating has always provided great service for my family and I ! Last night Rick made an emergency call to our house. The AC had not worked all day. My wife has a in home daycare and it was 87 degrees in our house when I got home at 6:30 pm. AC died late Sat afternoon when it was 94. Nate answered the call and gave a full explanation (pros and cons) of repair plus buying new unit. Den-Son worked a small miracle after we decided on new on Monday. Our unit was up and running by 4 pm on Wednesday. Just in time for Thursday high predicted to be 98. Also they loaned us a portable unit Mon thru Wed. Everyone person was professional and did their job well. We would absolutely recommend Den-Son to anyone. Read Less
