Den-Son Inc. Cooling & Heating Customer Reviews

10/10 — Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough good things about this company! They came out for a late call on a holiday, and despite the timing, they were professional, friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. You don’t always expect great service when you need someone after hours, but they truly went above and beyond. Nate was absolutely fantastic! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s such a relief to know you can call a company when you really need them and they’ll show up and take care of you. Thank you, Nate, and the entire team for the outstanding service! 10/10 would absolutely recommend! 🙌🔥 Read Less

I had Den-Son Inc install a mini-split A/C Heating system in my pole barn over a year ago. It was installed exactly as i requested and has performed flawlessly. I also recently had them replace a conventional AC/Heating system and water heater in a house. Both were professional installed and I would recommend Den-Son Inc. Cooling & Heating. Read Less

Update: It's been about 10 months with our new unit and we've just gone through the first winter and summer. A couple of thoughts on my particular set up. First, I probably could have gone with the AC and Furnace instead of the Heat Pump and Furnace. I found the HP was costing more and didn't keep the house "warm" enough. No big deal, we just opted to use the furnace for heat. This summer was a different story. That Trane was great at keeping the house comfortable. It was hotter than last year per my Ameren bill, but we used less electricity. Our electric bill was nearly identical to last year despite a huge jump in electric price increases. Most of our friends were complaining about their bills doubling and ours barely moved. We used to keep the house at 72 to stay comfortable. It was crazy to settle on 79. We couldn't fathom it. But the HP, with its constant low running, did an amazing job of keeping us comfortable. And, you can't even tell it's running. You can be right next to it outside and you won't be able to hear it. Very glad we purchased it. After 20 years of hard work, our old HVAC had finally given up. Cracked heat exchange. We had problems with the AC for the last couple of summers, too. So I called three different places. All three were reputable, and all offered some comparable bids. We went with Rick at Den-Son because his team has been servicing the equipment for years, and because the research I did on what he proposed was, IMO, some of the best on the market. I have a close friend who does HVAC in Chicago. I asked his preference on manufacturer. He straight up said go with Trane. My extensive research mirrored his opinion. I bought the whole package. Had it for five days now and it is SO much better than what we used to have. Extremely quiet. Very efficient from what I can tell And the Den-Son installers really did a nice job of fixing up some ducting problems. They adjusted the intake, some venting issues, etc. Now when the fan (did I mention how quiet it is) is running, I can literally feel a slight breeze, even in the middle of the room away from the vents. So do your research, and make sure to put Rick and the Den-Son crew a chance on your bid. Read Less

We are pleased with the Den-Son team who replaced our HVAC system. They explained the problems with the old system and guided us through finding a new system that would be the best for our home. Yes we will call them for a new one and servicing for spring and fall system checks. Thanks Nate to you and your team for a Great JOB! Read Less

I had several meetings with Rick to discuss my HVAC project. Rick presented multiple options. We came to an agreement of the best Trane equipment for my budget. Rick arranged for free financing for the new equipment. Everything that Rick promised during our meetings was completed. Nate and the members of the installation crew are awesome. They really knew how to complete the project start to finish. I would totally recommend and work with Den-Son again on a future project. Read Less
