After 20 years of hard work, our old HVAC had finally given up. Cracked heat exchange. We had problems with the AC for the last couple of summers, too. So I called three different places. All three were reputable, and all offered some comparable bids. We went with Rick at Den-Son because his team has been servicing the equipment for years, and because the research I did on what he proposed was, IMO, some of the best on the market. I have a close friend who does HVAC in Chicago. I asked his preference on manufacturer. He straight up said go with Trane. My extensive research mirrored his opinion. I bought the whole package. Had it for five days now and it is SO much better than what we used to have. Extremely quiet. Very efficient from what I can tell And the Den-Son installers really did a nice job of fixing up some ducting problems. They adjusted the intake, some venting issues, etc. Now when the fan (did I mention how quiet it is) is running, I can literally feel a slight breeze, even in the middle of the room away from the vents. So do your research, and make sure to put Rick and the Den-Son crew a chance on your bid. Read Less

My 20 year old central air finally died so I called up Den-Son Inc to replace it. Rick met me the next day and went through the various options and recommendations. Rick even brought a window unit for me to use so I wouldnt melt in the August heat. Less than a week later the friendly team showed up to install the new cental air unit. Everything went smooth and Rick followed up to make sure I was happy. Great customer service! I highly recommend Den-Son Inc for your HVAC needs. Read Less

I had several meetings with Rick to discuss my HVAC project. Rick presented multiple options. We came to an agreement of the best Trane equipment for my budget. Rick arranged for free financing for the new equipment. Everything that Rick promised during our meetings was completed. Nate and the members of the installation crew are awesome. Exceptional experience with Rick and team at Den-Son, from the initial evaluation to the completed installation of a Trane heat pump and air filtration system. They offered several options, competitive pricing and did a great job with the installation.
