I had several meetings with Rick to discuss my HVAC project. Rick presented multiple options. We came to an agreement of the best Trane equipment for my budget. Rick arranged for free financing for the new equipment. Everything that Rick promised during our meetings was completed. Nate and the members of the installation crew are awesome. Den-son has been doing maintenance on our old AC and furnace in the past. So when it came time to get a new one we called Den-son. Rick came out and gave us a quote on what it would cost and explained everything about what we would be getting. Then the crew came out and put it in. All of the crew was very professional. They were very polite and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Then at the end Nate sat with me and explained how the new thermostat would work and how to hook it up to my phone.
